Dashboard tour
A guided walk through the xCloudPhone dashboard — sidebar, header, main area, and the floating device viewer.
4 min read
After logging in, you land on the dashboard — your home base in xCloudPhone. This page summarizes your account, your active rentals, wallet balance, cloud storage, and gives you quick links to common actions.
This tour helps you recognize each area of the interface so you never feel lost.
Layout overview
On desktop, the xCloudPhone UI is split into 3 main regions:
Sidebar (left column) — list of feature pages.
Header (top bar) — balance, notifications, language switch, user menu.
Main area (center) — content of the page you're viewing.
On mobile, the sidebar collapses into a bottom tab bar.
1. Sidebar — feature list
The left sidebar lists every main page. Depending on your account and permissions, some items may be hidden:
- Dashboard — the overview home (you are here).
- Rental store — browse available device plans and rent.
- Device management — list of devices you own or rent.
- Files manager — your private storage for APKs, images, and files.
- Proxy management — your proxies, ready to attach to devices.
- Sync control — run one action across many devices.
- Shared sessions — devices others have shared with you.
- Automation packages — automation for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
- My wallet — balance and top-ups.
- Transaction history — every deposit and charge.
- Profile — personal info, security.
- Support — contact channels.
- Documents — usage guides.
You can bookmark a specific page directly. For example, app.xcloudphone.com/dashboard/rental jumps straight to the rental store without going through the sidebar each time.
2. Header — the top bar
The header runs across the top. From left to right you'll see:
- xCloudPhone logo — click to return to the dashboard.
- Wallet balance — current credit. Click to jump to the top-up page.
- Promo hours — if you have free promo hours, this icon appears. Promo hours can be applied to specific rental plans.
- Notification bell — shows unread count. Click to see recent events: device about to expire, successful transactions, session share invites...
- Language switch — toggle between Vietnamese and English.
- Theme switch — toggle light / dark appearance.
- User menu (avatar) — opens a menu with:
- Profile
- Security settings
- Quick top-up
- Sign out
Working at night? Dark mode is easier on the eyes. Your theme choice is remembered across sessions.
3. Main area — page content
This is where the page you selected gets rendered. On the Dashboard page itself, you'll see:
- Welcome banner — greets you by time of day (morning / afternoon / evening) and shows your name.
- Statistic cards — 6 cards summarizing: active devices, account balance, cloud storage, shared sessions, proxy count, and transaction count.
- Quick actions — 4 shortcut buttons: Rent device, Top up, Upload file, View devices.
- Last updated — timestamp of the last refresh, with a Refresh button to fetch the latest data.
When you click into another page (like the rental store), this area swaps in that page's content.
Each statistic card is clickable — for example, the "Account balance" card jumps straight to your deposit history.
4. Floating device viewer
When you open a device to control it, you don't navigate away — the device screen appears as a floating window layered over the current page. This window:
- Can be dragged to any spot.
- Can be minimized to the corner so you can keep working in the background.
- Can be maximized to fullscreen for precise control.
- Can be closed to disconnect instantly.
️ Note: Closing the viewer only ends your display connection — the virtual device keeps running in the cloud. Any apps you started in the background continue without interruption.
Mobile experience
When you open xCloudPhone on a phone:
- The sidebar becomes a bottom tab bar with 5 main items: Rent, Devices, Sync, Wallet, More.
- Tapping "More" opens a sheet with every other feature (Files, Proxy, Support, theme toggle...).
- The header is compact — notifications, balance, and avatar are still there.
- Statistic cards reflow into 2 columns instead of 3.
On mobile, drag the floating viewer to reposition it. Pinch to zoom in or out of the device screen.
