About us

We build real hardware
for gamers worldwide

XCloudPhone is a young engineering team in Vietnam running Android Cloud Phones on real ARM hardware — no emulation, no virtual machines. We strip real phones down, rack them in a data centre and stream them to your browser, so gamers anywhere get an Android that runs 24/7.

Mission — put a real phone in the cloud within reach of every gamer on earth.

Inside one phone

We tear real phones down — literally

Every XCloudPhone starts life as an ordinary retail Android phone. Scroll to watch it become a node in the datacenter — one step at a time.

Start

An ordinary Android 16 phone

A stock retail device, screen on, running a game — exactly like the one in your pocket. That's the point: it's a real phone.

Strip

Power off, screen and battery out

The screen and battery only serve the person holding the phone. Remove them: no battery wear, no overheating. What's left is what games need — the board with an ARM chip.

Cool

Fit an aluminium heatsink

A finned aluminium block presses straight onto the main chip, so the phone grinds heavy games 24/7 while the silicon stays cool.

Enclose

Into a cooled enclosure

The board goes into a metal enclosure whose fans pull air through the heatsink and push the heat out — the standard unit, stacked by the hundred across our datacenter.

Deploy

Slotted into the rack — 24/7

It slides into a rack cabinet: redundant power and network, active cooling, constant monitoring. One slot in that rack is your phone.

The scene recreates the exact process we run every day in the datacenter — you're just watching it in 3D.

The journey

From a small room in Saigon

A group of young engineers who love games and hardware — from researching mobile infrastructure to running our own datacenter of real devices.

  1. 2019

    Research begins

Started in Ho Chi Minh City with a hard problem: how to run, cool and control fleets of real Android devices reliably at scale — the foundation for everything that followed.

  2. 2024

    The hard road: real hardware

While the market rushed to virtual machines on x86 servers, we bet the other way — games deserve real ARM silicon. The first device trays were designed and hand-assembled one by one.

  3. 2025

    Cloud phones reach users

XCloudPhone opened in Vietnam: real Android devices streamed to the browser at ~25ms. Our first users were gamers just like us — and they stayed.

  4. 2026

    All in on gamers

Repositioned the whole product around gaming: 24/7 AFK grinding, multi-account play, controlling many phones at once — and the start of taking XCloudPhone worldwide.

Technology

Three technical pillars

No magic — just real hardware and a streaming path tuned down to the millisecond.

Try it now

Real ARM hardware

Every phone is a stock phone mainboard racked in a data centre. Android runs natively on real ARM silicon — games see a real device with real performance.

  • Real ARM chip — Exynos / Snapdragon
  • Stock Android with root support
  • Edit device information from the web
  • Assign your own proxy per phone

WebRTC P2P streaming

Video travels straight from the device to your browser over a peer-to-peer link — no relay server in the middle.

  • ~25ms latency in Vietnam
  • 60fps at up to 1080p
  • Two-way audio and clipboard
  • Nothing to install

Full control

The whole device lifecycle sits in your browser: install APKs, manage files, share access, drive many phones at once.

  • Sync control — one action, many phones
  • APK install, file manager, share links
  • Account protected with 2FA
  • Phones run 24/7 while you're offline
What we believe

From Saigon,
to the world.

We're a young Vietnamese engineering team — raised on games, fluent in hardware. XCloudPhone is our answer to a simple question: why should gamers choose between buying an expensive phone and suffering a virtual one? Don't choose — rent a real one.

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City — running our own hardware datacenter in Vietnam.

  1. Real over simulated

The hardware road costs far more sweat and money than emulation software. We take it anyway, because the player's final experience can't be faked.

  2. Gamers first

We grind AFK too, play multiple accounts too, care about every frame too. The product is designed from the player's seat, not a boardroom.

  3. Honest numbers

~25ms is a real measurement, 60fps is a real frame rate, hourly pricing is the final price. No fog, no hidden fees.
