Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains how XCloudPhone Technology and Solutions LLC ("XCloudPhone," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our cloud phone platform and services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information generated through your use of our cloud phone platform:
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to our services.
Information about your cloud phone sessions on real ARM hardware, including session duration, device model (e.g., Samsung S8, Xiaomi Note 8), apps installed, and WebRTC streaming quality metrics.
IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, WebRTC connection data (ICE/STUN/TURN), and log files generated during streaming sessions.
When you use our anti-detect features (IMEI rotation, Android ID changes, fingerprint protection), XCloudPhone generates virtual device profiles. We do NOT store or log the generated identifiers — they exist only on your assigned physical device.
Proxy settings you configure through our dashboard are stored securely and applied directly to your cloud phone. Our WebRTC leak protection ensures your configured proxy IP is never exposed during streaming sessions.
If you use our Template Builder, AI Template Creator, or pre-built automation templates, we store your workflow configurations and execution logs. Templates you publish to the marketplace are subject to our Marketplace Terms.
Messages, support tickets, and other communications you send to us through our support channels (Telegram, Discord, email).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our cloud phone services:
- Provision and manage your cloud phone instances on real ARM hardware.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing notifications.
- Optimize WebRTC streaming quality and reduce latency for your sessions.
- Provide technical support and respond to your inquiries.
- Send service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Data Storage & Security
Unlike virtual emulators or cloud VMs, XCloudPhone runs on real physical ARM hardware — actual phone mainboards (with batteries and screens removed) mounted in industrial server racks. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit
- Physical Hardware: Data on real ARM UFS flash storage, not cloud VMs
- Access Control: Role-based access with MFA enforcement
- WebRTC Security: End-to-end encrypted streaming with IP leak protection
Your cloud phone session data resides exclusively on the physical ARM mainboard assigned to your account — not on shared cloud servers. When you terminate a session or your subscription ends, all data on the device's UFS flash storage is securely wiped using industry-standard erasure methods.
Third-Party Services
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for secure transaction processing.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for content delivery and network optimization.
- Analytics services to understand platform usage and improve performance.
- Communication tools for customer support (Telegram, Discord integrations).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Third-party apps & games running on your XCloudPhone device (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, mobile games) are governed by their own privacy policies. XCloudPhone does not access, monitor, or store data from applications you install on your cloud phone.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ('right to be forgotten').
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction: Request limitation on how we process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after account deletion.
Streaming and device usage logs are retained for 30 days, then automatically purged.
Transaction history is retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
Support ticket data is retained for 2 years after resolution to improve service quality.
