Each method has its own minimum and maximum, shown on the top-up ticket page in the dashboard. To add more than the maximum, split it across several tickets or contact support.
HowDoYouPayforanAndroidCloudPhoneandTopUpaWallet?
XCloudPhone takes two top-up channels: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe in USD, and bank transfer through VietQR in VND. The money goes into a prepaid wallet on your account, and every rental or extension is taken from that balance.

What Payment Methods We Accept
XCloudPhone takes two top-up channels: Stripe for USD wallets and VietQR bank transfer for VND wallets. Through Stripe you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or Amex card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Both channels fill the same kind of prepaid wallet used to rent and extend devices.
Cards and wallets via Stripe
USDYou are sent to Stripe's checkout page to enter a card or use Apple Pay or Google Pay; your bank may ask for 3D Secure verification.

Each top-up ticket is valid for 30 minutes. For a bank transfer, use the exact note the system gives you (like DEP-XXXXXX) — a wrong note means the money does not reach your wallet by itself.

It depends on your account's wallet. Every account has exactly one wallet, VND or USD: a VND wallet is topped up through VietQR, a USD wallet through Stripe, and the two currencies are not converted into each other.
VND wallet: top up with VietQR
Suits people with a bank account in Vietnam: scan the code with a banking app, no international card needed.
USD wallet: top up with Stripe
Suits people outside Vietnam or anyone paying by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The wallet type is set at sign-up
The system assigns the wallet by where you connect from when you create the account, and you cannot switch it yourself in the dashboard.
Wrong wallet? Ask support before topping up
Signing up through a VPN can give you the wrong currency. Contact support to have it checked before you top up.
How the Wallet Works: Top Up Once, Rent as You Go
The wallet is a prepaid balance on your XCloudPhone account. Money goes in when you top up or redeem a gift code, and only comes out when you rent a new device or extend one; each rental is charged once, when it starts.
Charged once, at the start
Rent by the hour, day, week or 30 days and the whole block is charged once when it starts; nothing more is taken per minute while the device runs.
Not an e-wallet
The balance can only rent and extend devices on XCloudPhone: it cannot be withdrawn as cash, sent to someone else or spent anywhere else.
Nothing to do with game items
The wallet is not for buying or selling accounts, items or in-game currency, and nothing in a game is converted into money.
An invoice for every top-up
Every successful top-up comes with a downloadable PDF invoice. For a company invoice, fill in the company name and tax ID in your Profile before you top up.
| Transaction | Via | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Top-up | Stripe or VietQR | Money in |
| Gift code | Gift code | Money in |
| New rental | One block: hour, day, week, month | Money out |
| Extension | Manual or automatic | Money out |
Your balance sits at the top of the dashboard and updates as soon as a transaction happens; top-up history and spending history are on two separate pages.
Choosing a rental cycle, extending, and how the device keeps running after you close the tab are covered on the rental page.
How renting worksDo I Need a Card to Start?
No. Sign in with Google and a new account is credited 2 trial hours — no card and no top-up needed. The trial runs on the same fleet as a paid rental; when the 2 hours are used up, it ends and does not turn into a paid plan.

Running Out of Balance, Stopping, and Refunds
Your balance is only checked when you rent or extend, so a wallet dropping to 0 mid-way does not cut off a running device. Here is what happens in each case.
Balance runs out while a device is running
The device keeps running to the end of the block you paid for, then stops. To keep it longer, top up and extend before time runs out.
Auto-renew needs enough balance
With auto-renew on, the system extends that same session while the wallet has enough funds. Out of funds means it stops, with no grace period.
To stop renting
If you do not extend, the device stops on its own when the block ends. Without auto-renew nothing is charged automatically, since your card is never stored.
Refunds
Under our Terms of Service, top-ups and rentals that have started are not refunded. Exceptions: the device is delivered later than promised, or it has a hardware failure or goes offline during the initial deployment period — report it to support within 72 hours.
Is It Safe to Pay Here?
Cards are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page, and XCloudPhone does not store card details: each top-up is a separate payment, and your account holds no saved card to charge later.
No stored cards
Your account has no saved-card section and no card token to charge later. Every card payment goes through the checkout page from the start.
Top up only in the dashboard
Money reaches your wallet only through the top-up page in your account. XCloudPhone never asks you to transfer money to a personal account or through an unknown link.
Keep the receipt
Keep the transfer receipt or transaction ID. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, check the transfer note; after 24 hours, contact support with the receipt and do not transfer a second time.
What We Do Not Accept
The two channels above are everything available right now. We would rather say it here than have you find out at the last step.
Local e-wallets
Local e-wallets are not accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay work, but only through the Stripe page for USD wallets.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency is not accepted in any form.
Your method is missing?
Contact support before you top up. We do not announce dates for new methods because there is no date to announce.
Payment Questions, Answered Straight
VietQR usually reaches the wallet in 1–3 minutes. After 15 minutes, check that the transfer note matches the code on the ticket; after 24 hours, contact support with the receipt. Do not create a new ticket and transfer again.
Not by yourself. The wallet type is assigned by where you connect from when the account is created; if it is wrong, for example because you signed up through a VPN, contact support before you top up.
Every successful top-up has a PDF invoice. It uses the name and tax ID in your Profile at the time of payment, so update your Profile before topping up; editing it later does not change old invoices.
A gift code adds money to your wallet and is entered on the top-up page. A discount voucher lowers the price of a rental and is entered when you rent. Each gift code works once and has an expiry date.
Under our Terms of Service, top-ups and rentals that have started are not refunded. The exceptions are a device delivered later than promised, or a hardware failure or outage during the initial deployment period; in those cases, report it to support within 72 hours.
Only if you switch on auto-renew: the system then extends the running session while the wallet has enough funds. Without it nothing is charged automatically, and your card is not stored to charge later.
