Complete profile

After signing up with Google or if your billing address is missing, complete your profile in 2 steps — personal info and billing address.

2 min read

In some cases xCloudPhone asks you to complete your profile before reaching the dashboard, for example:

  • You signed up with Google and don't have a password for xCloudPhone yet.
  • Your account is missing a billing address — required for invoices and payments.

Step 1 — Personal info

Fill in the following fields:

  • Last name.
  • First name.
  • Username — used for log-in, must be unique.
  • Country — pick from the list.
  • Phone number (optional) — helps support reach you quickly if needed.
  • Password — if you signed up with Google and haven't set a password, set one here (8–20 characters, with lowercase letters and numbers).

Click Next to move to step 2.

Pick a short, memorable username without diacritics. Once set, changing your username may be restricted.

Step 2 — Billing address

This is the address used for invoicing. Enter it accurately.

  • Address (street and number).
  • City.
  • State / Province.
  • Postal code (ZIP).
  • Billing country — can differ from your country of residence.
  • Tax ID (optional) — required if you want business / VAT invoices.

A wrong address can make your invoices invalid. Double-check before confirming, especially for business invoices.

Click Finish.

After completion

You'll be redirected straight to the dashboard with full access to xCloudPhone.

You can update your personal info or billing address anytime from Profile.

If you're using xCloudPhone for a company, enter your Tax ID and company name (via the Last/First name fields or the address) from the start so every invoice is correct.
