Getting Started
Sign up for an account
A step-by-step guide to creating your xCloudPhone account, verifying your email, and getting ready to rent your first device.
4 min read
This page walks you through creating an xCloudPhone account from scratch until you're logged into the dashboard. It takes about 2–3 minutes.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- A real email address you can open immediately (to receive the verification code).
- A strong password you'll remember.
- A device where you can read the email (phone or computer).
Use a real personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) — avoid temporary inboxes. You'll need this email later to reset your password, enable two-factor authentication, receive invoices, and get expiration alerts.
️ Important — turn off VPN and proxy before signing up. Your wallet currency (VND or USD) is decided by your IP address at the moment of registration and cannot be changed later from the dashboard. Signing up through a VPN can lock you into the wrong wallet, breaking your preferred top-up methods. See Wallet currency is locked by your signup IP for details.
Step-by-step
Step 1 — Open the sign-up page
Go to the xCloudPhone login page.
Click the "Sign up" button (usually below the login form).
The registration form opens.
Step 2 — Fill in your account info
Fill in each field:
- First name — your given name.
- Last name — your family name.
- Email — the real address you prepared.
- Username — must be unique, used to log in.
- Password — must be 8–20 characters, including lowercase letters and numbers.
- Country — pick from the list.
- Phone number — optional, but useful for support contact later.
️ Note: Username cannot be changed after creation. Pick something short, memorable, and free of unusual special characters.
Step 3 — Pass the bot check
A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge appears.
Tick the checkbox or wait for it to auto-verify.
A green check means you've passed.
Step 4 — Agree to the terms
Skim the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Tick the agreement checkbox.
Click "Create account".
Step 5 — Verify your email
After submitting the form:
Open the inbox of the email you registered with.
Look for a message from xCloudPhone (check the Spam / Promotions folder if it's missing).
You have two options: click the verification link in the email, or copy the OTP code from the email and paste it into the verification field on the site.
Once verified, you'll be redirected straight to the dashboard.
The OTP code expires after a few minutes. If it's no longer valid, click "Resend" to get a new one.
Step 6 — Complete your profile
Depending on system settings, you may be asked to:
Add billing details (name on invoice, address...).
Confirm your country / timezone.
Upload a profile picture (optional).
After this, your account is fully ready.
Sign in with Google (optional)
If you'd rather not remember another password, choose "Sign in with Google" on the login page. The system will:
Open a Google account picker.
Let you pick the account to use.
Ask you to grant basic permission to xCloudPhone.
Sign you in automatically.
An email-registered account and a Google-registered account are treated as separate if the emails differ. Pick one sign-in method early and stick with it to avoid confusion.
Password requirements
To pass the password step, make sure your password:
- Is at least 8 characters, no more than 20.
- Contains at least 1 lowercase letter.
- Contains at least 1 digit.
- Avoids easy-to-guess values like
12345678,password, or your birthday.
️ Note: Don't reuse passwords from other services. Use a password manager if you're worried about forgetting it.
