Two ways to sign in to xCloudPhone — with username + password or with Google. Supports two-factor auth, email verification, and profile completion.

The log-in page is your gateway to xCloudPhone. You can choose one of two ways below to access your account.
How to sign in
Open the Log in page.
Enter your username (or email) and password.
Tick "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy".
Click Log in — if your credentials are correct, you'll be taken to the dashboard.
Click Sign in with Google on the log-in page.
Pick the Google account you want to use.
Grant xCloudPhone access (first time only) — you're redirected to the dashboard automatically.
Google sign-in is faster and you don't have to remember a password. It's the recommended option if you'd rather not manage another credential.
Possible follow-up steps
After successful authentication, depending on your account status, you may be sent to one of these pages:
- Two-factor auth (2FA) enabled → A 6-digit code page for the Authenticator app. You have 5 minutes to enter the code.
- Email not verified → Email verification page. Enter the OTP or click the link sent to your inbox.
- Incomplete profile → Complete-profile page. Fill in personal info and billing address before reaching the dashboard.
Forgot password?
On the log-in page, click the "Forgot password?" link under the password field. You'll be guided to reset your password via email.
Common issues
Wrong username or password
Check Caps Lock and leading/trailing spaces.
Terms not accepted
You can't log in without agreeing to the Terms & Privacy Policy. Make sure the checkbox is ticked.
Account locked
Contact support if you've entered the wrong password too many times.
Your session can expire after a long period of inactivity. When that happens you'll be logged out automatically and need to sign in again to continue.
