Forgot your password? Reset it in 4 steps — request, check email, set a new password, sign in again. Includes fixes for expired links and missing emails.

2 min read

If you forget your password or suspect your account was compromised, you can reset your password using the email you registered with.

Step 1 — Request a reset

Go to the Log in page.

Click the "Forgot password?" link.

Enter your email or username.

Click Send request.

The system sends a reset link to the email on file.

Step 2 — Check your email

Open your inbox.

Look for an email from xCloudPhone with the subject "Reset password".

Click the "Reset password" button in the email, or paste the link into your browser.

The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. After that it expires and you'll have to request a new one.

Step 3 — Set a new password

The reset page asks you to enter:

New password — 8 to 20 characters, including lowercase letters and numbers.

Confirm password — type it again to avoid typos.

Click Update password.

Choose a hard-to-guess password — mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse old passwords.

Note: the new password cannot be the same as the old one.

Step 4 — Sign in again

After a successful update, you're sent back to the log-in page. Use your new password to access your account.

Link expired?

  • Return to "Forgot password" and submit a new request.
  • A new link is sent — the old one is invalidated automatically.

Not receiving the email?

Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder.

Make sure the registered email is correct. If your old email no longer works: log in (if possible) → go to Profile → change email first → verify the new email → then request a reset.

Wait a few minutes — emails can be delayed.

Still nothing? Contact support.
