Email verification

Verify your xCloudPhone email with an OTP code or the link in your inbox. Resend has a 60-second cooldown. Google accounts are already verified and can skip it.

Email verification proves that the inbox you registered with is real and yours. It's a required step for password accounts before you can use every feature.

Accounts that sign in with Google skip this entirely. Google has already verified your address, and xCloudPhone accepts that result, so you'll never see the OTP page after signing in and there's nothing for you to do. This page is for accounts registered with an email and password back when that was available.

Why do I need to verify my email?

  • Security, it confirms you own the inbox.
  • Important notifications: invoices, security alerts, service updates.
  • Password reset: without a verified email, you can't recover your account this way.

An unverified account will have feature restrictions: no payments, no important notifications, no password reset by email.

Two ways to verify

Open the email from xCloudPhone (subject "Verify your email").

Copy the OTP code in the email.

Return to the verification page on xCloudPhone.

Paste or type the code into the input field. The system confirms automatically.

Open the email.

Click the "Verify email" button or the link below it.

Your browser opens a confirmation page and verification completes automatically.

Clicking the link is faster if you open the email on the same device. The OTP option is great if you read email on your phone but are working on your computer.

Code expired or entered wrong?

  • Click "Resend code" on the verification page.
  • There's a 60-second cooldown between resends to prevent spam.
  • The new code replaces the old one, and the old code stops working.

Change your email

If you want to use a different email:

Log in and go to Profile.

Update to the new email address.

The system sends a verification code to the new address.

Verify again using one of the two methods above.

Add Telegram as a notification channel

Email isn't your only option. Under Profile → Notifications, the "Telegram" row lets you receive alerts about rentals, top-ups and offers through Telegram.

Click "Link Telegram". A new Telegram tab opens.

Tap Start in the chat that just opened.

Come back to xCloudPhone. The page updates itself to "Telegram linked" and the Telegram row shows a "Linked" badge.

To disconnect, click "Unlink" in the same place.

Expiry warnings land faster and are far harder to miss on Telegram than in an inbox. Worth turning on if you run devices for days at a time.

Not getting the email?

  • Check your Spam / Promotions folder.
  • Wait a few minutes, email can be delayed.
  • Double-check the address you entered, one wrong character means no delivery.
  • Click Resend after the 60-second cooldown.
  • Still nothing? Contact support.
I signed in with Google, why don't I see a verification page?

Because you don't need one. Google verified your email before handing your details back to xCloudPhone.
